If you're a fan of eating raw fish like us and you're in Little Rock, you should definitely check out Sushi Cafe. It's the hippest sushi joint in the city with decor to match including pictures of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis mixed in with more traditional Asian styles. Last time we were there we spotted local celebrity Joey Lauren Adams. But on to the food! If you're into spicy things and you're looking for an appetizer we suggest you try out the Wok Fired Edamame. It will make your lips red, but it's worth it. Some of the rolls you'll see in this post are the Arkansas Roll and the Bangkok Roll. The yellow roll that you see is actually one of the best dishes in the entire central Arkansas area. It's the Hawaiian Roll, made with coconut shrimp, cream cheese, mangos and a sweet sauce on top. It's great for a meal, but it could also be eaten as a dessert. We know how that sounds, but this roll is something you have to taste to believe. It's one that everyone should try at least once in their life, and for those of you afraid to eat sushi because of raw fish, the shrimp is fried on this one. They also have tons of other rolls that are worth trying (such as the Spice Girls roll!). Check out there site and let them know where you heard about them.
